Trust Hosts Successful Maths Professional Learning Session for Primary Early Career Teacher

In a bid to enhance the teaching skills and professional development of primary Early Career Teachers (ECTs) within the Wessex Learning Trust, Nerys Blower, the Training and Development Professional for ECF and ITT (SCITT), organised a Continued Professional Learning session. The event, which focused on mathematics, aimed to bolster the planning and delivery of the maths curriculum across schools.

Primary ECTs from various schools within the Trust gathered to attend this enriching learning experience. The session provided them with valuable insights, strategies, and resources to effectively navigate the complexities of teaching mathematics to young learners.

The event received commendable participation, with attendees expressing gratitude for the opportunity to deepen their understanding and refine their teaching practices.
