Sports Leaders organise the Trust Tennis Tournament

One of the fabulous ways that collaboration is played out amoung Trust schools is through the sport tournaments that take place between schools over the Summer term. Tournaments include games like rounders, swimming, athletics, tag rugby and tennis.

In June, twenty four Year 9 Sports Leaders from Kings Academy went to Cheddar Tennis Club to help set up, run and officiate the annual Trust First School Tennis Tournament.  The event is organised by Stephen Pearce, Head Tennis Coach, with the full support of the Kings Sports Leaders who all worked incredibly hard to make the event happen.
