Wessex Learning Trust Newsletter
Welcome from the Chief Executive
Dear Parents, Carers, and Families,
As we celebrate the achievements and milestones reached this summer, it is my pleasure to acknowledge the remarkable efforts and successes of our young people across the Wessex Learning Trust.
Firstly, congratulations to our Year 6 students for completing their SATs with commendable results. Your hard work and dedication have paid off, and we are immensely proud of each and every one of you. To our Year 11 students, who have completed their GCSEs, we extend our best wishes as you embark on the next chapter of your educational journey or enter the world of work. Your perseverance and determination have been truly inspiring. Finally, to our Year 13 students, who have concluded their A levels, we wish you all the best in your future endeavors, whether that be in higher education, apprenticeships, or employment. Your achievements are a testament to your commitment and effort, and we look forward to seeing the incredible paths you will carve out in the years to come.
In addition to celebrating our students, it is also important to recognise that our schools and the Trust as a whole are continuously evolving. We are committed to improving and enhancing our services to better support the educational journeys of young people. This period of change often brings farewells to valued staff members. We extend our deepest gratitude to those leaving us, for their hard work and dedication and wish them well in their future pursuits. Simultaneously, we warmly welcome new staff members to our schools Trust. We look forward to collaborating with you and benefiting from your fresh perspectives and energy as we embark on the next academic year starting in September.
Thank you to our dedicated staff, supportive parents and carers, and, most importantly, our hardworking learners. Together, we continue to build a thriving educational community where every individual can flourish and reach their full potential.
Wishing you all a fun, restful and enjoyable summer break.
Warm regards,
Gavin Ball
