Wessex Learning Trust School Improvement Team is established on three core principles:
- Vision and Creativity
- Partnership and Innovation
- Accountability and Clarity
Each school profile is personalised, linking centrally to these core principles. Leaders and staff work collaboratively to ensure the very best practice. Using ongoing monitoring and diagnosis of strengths, each school identifies the key priorities which inform the individual School Improvement Plan.
All schools contribute to regular events that ensure collaboration and sharing best practice. All collaborative work is disseminated.
